Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-level administrative support to the executive team.
- Managing communication channels and correspondence with partners and clients.
- Coordinating and prioritizing daily schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and analyses.
- Translating documents and communications (German/Turkish).
- Ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations with a solution-oriented mindset.
Requirements
Communication Skills
- Fluency in German (written & verbal) – essential for effective communication.
- English proficiency (written & verbal) – preferred.
- Ability to translate between German and Turkish fluently.
- Experience living or working in Germany is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook).
- Strong reporting and analysis skills.
Organizational Skills
- Proven ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
- High level of flexibility with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A creative and solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent team player with a collaborative attitude.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to follow through on tasks.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- No travel restrictions – occasional travel may be required.
Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the medical sector.
